Volunteering 82, NR5 were busy elsewhere, so I assisted the YMCA Training team<BR>
 We were building a fence<BR>
 Several new team members were shown how to cut and install posts and nail rails to them. The plan was that several small teams could cooperate with each task - including fire-making earlier and fence painting later<BR>
 However, it was difficult to keep them focussed and not as much progress was made as we had hoped<BR>
 Sharing our plans and GETTING some form of 

buy-in

 from the learners is essential.
